📋 Description

• Conduct advanced field and laboratory tests on construction materials, structures, and systems • Perform inspections and assessments of projects to ensure compliance with specifications and standards • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from tests and inspections • Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation of findings • Operate and maintain advanced field and laboratory equipment • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and protocols • Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and team members • Participate in quality control and quality assurance programs • Communicate findings and recommendations to the Project Manager/Supervisor • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of experience in environmental, geotechnical, or construction-related fieldwork • Familiarity with field sampling techniques, soil and groundwater testing, and use of field instruments • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications • Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions and lifting equipment as needed • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data collection and documentation • Knowledge of health and safety protocols and ability to follow established procedures • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with engineers and project managers • Flexibility to travel to project sites and adapt to changing schedules • Associate degree or technical training preferred • Final compensation may be determined based on qualifications and licensing status
