📋 Description

• Assist in the development/engineering of qualified projects during the RFP/RFQ process • Oversee onsite project operations for small to large scale projects • Lead and manage Owner, Architect, Engineer, and Subcontractor teams toward customer satisfaction • Manage project risk with the Regional Operations Manager • Update budgets, projections, and forecasts and report them monthly • Lead project logistics, including setup, planning, scheduling, materials, supplies, and quality control • Lead and manage subcontractors, meetings, and safety requirements • Ensure work is within budget, ahead of schedule, and according to specifications • Ensure customer satisfaction, quality, continuous improvement, and customer relationships • Develop procedures to improve project effectiveness and estimated profits • Participate in meetings and report project issues and progress to management • Coordinate with human resources, safety, and purchasing • Control job costs and ensure project profitability • Provide project schedules for resource planning • Assist with estimating and preparing and presenting proposals • Prepare designed submittal packages • Request, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor proposals and communicate bid awards • Prepare schedules of values and monthly progress billing amounts and assist with collections • Set quality standards for installers, subcontractors, designers, programmers, and startup technicians • Direct installation work by in-house installers and subcontractors • Identify causes of cost or schedule overruns and recommend corrective actions • Review daily reports, documentation, plan updates, ASIs, RFIs, and other required documentation • Provide closeout documentation, including commissioning documents, as-built drawings, operations and maintenance manuals, acceptance signoffs, and warranty letters • Transition projects to Warranty team members • Promote safe working methods and provide safety measures for onsite personnel and subcontractors • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Two (2) years of technical school • Four (4) years of HVAC industry experience • At least 5 years of related experience with strong computer skills • Experience managing trade-related construction • Experience simultaneously managing multiple projects with overlapping deadlines, deliverables, and requirements • Knowledge and basic understanding of Veregy’s products • Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office products • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents • Basic math skills, including arithmetic with money and measurement units • Impeccable attention to detail and multitasking ability • Professional written and verbal communication ability • Ability to collaborate to solve issues and problems • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and work overtime as needed • Valid Driver’s License • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
