📋 Description

• Educate and consult with individuals and families on financial strategies including cash flow management, infinite banking, and retirement income planning • Conduct virtual meetings to present tailored financial solutions • Follow up with warm leads— no cold calling • Guide clients through financial products like indexed universal life (IUL), annuities, term life, and debt payoff programs • Use CRM tools to manage client relationships and track performance • Participate in regular training sessions and mentorship calls

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communicator, especially over phone/Zoom • Coachable, driven, and self-motivated • Ability to build rapport and earn trust quickly • Comfortable with remote tools (Zoom, CRM platforms) • Life and Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
