📋 Description
• Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for assigned client accounts • Manage email production process end-to-end • Oversee Email + SMS account strategy • Execute and evaluate email reporting with analysis and recommendations • Collaborate with creative team to identify trends • Stay current on email and SMS best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Preference for bachelor’s degree • At least two years of experience in email marketing • At least one year of experience managing Email + SMS accounts and providing strategy • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo / Postscript / Attentive • Client relationship management experience • Excellent communication and analytical skills
