📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end implementation of contracted technical programs for external clients and internal teams • Track project and program status with stakeholders • Manage customer expectations and provide management status reports • Actively manage risks, issues, actions, and dependencies through closure • Create and manage project plans and schedules • Communicate schedules with stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of projects and tickets • Manage assigned client implementations • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time, on budget, and according to contractual requirements • Develop, distribute, and manage project plans, status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder communications • Partner with Account Management to manage customer expectations • Compile, track, and report project financials throughout the project lifecycle • Manage time and shifting priorities for self and the delivery team • Adhere to the organization's agile software development processes • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems required • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) preferred; relevant industry experience and/or client implementation experience can be substituted • Experience coaching, leading, and influencing others • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience managing projects and schedules using Microsoft Project • Understanding of agile development methodology, applicable roles, and processes • Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint to generate reports and dashboards • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence • Strong problem-resolution and analytical skills • Stakeholder management expertise • Flexibility and adaptability regarding learning, task assignments, and new technologies • Some experience with Project Portfolio Management tools such as Planview and Mavenlink • Agile Scrum software development practices and tools preferred
