📋 Description

• Assist tax and wealth management teams with estate planning on a non-exclusive basis. • Receive hand-offs from Legal Directors to provide estate planning services for clients. • Meet virtually or in-person with clients to confirm estate planning needs. • Draft estate planning documents using own methods or document templates. • Stay up-to-date with the latest state laws. • Work with an established book of business: Households with average client assets from $1 million to $10 million.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be licensed in the posted state. • Entry level attorneys will be considered. • Can conduct client meetings virtually, but must be able to meet clients to oversee document execution. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Innovative and creative • Ability to lead and be decisive • Time management and organization • Collaborative skills to accept and turn ideas into strategies with help of tax, business, and financial advisors.
