📋 Description

• Originate mortgage loans • Access and use available wholesale lending options • Build and grow a personal book of business • Generate business through agent relationships, referrals, and personal marketing • Optionally mentor others, build a team, and earn overrides • Contribute input as the company scales

🎯 Requirements

• Active NMLS license in good standing • Track record of self-generated production • Experience building a pipeline through agent relationships, referrals, and personal marketing • Producer mindset rather than order-taking • Comfortable with production-volume mathematics • Open to building a team and expanding beyond personal production • Licensed in Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, or Florida
