📋 Description

• Source candidates across Vesta's open roles using AI sourcing platforms and natural-language search • Find non-obvious talent through sourcing channels beyond LinkedIn • Write specific, human, tailored outreach messages using Claude and ChatGPT for personalization at scale • Calibrate quickly with hiring managers on candidate profiles and pipeline quality • Own candidate experience from the first message through the first day • Coordinate recruiting activities and ensure no process steps are missed • Arrange interview panels and prepare clean debrief packets • Use AI to draft communications, summarize interviews, clean data, and reduce mechanical work • Develop toward a specialization such as technical recruiter, dedicated sourcer, or GTM recruiter • Maintain high quality standards in outreach and interview scheduling

🎯 Requirements

• You're building a career in recruiting and sourcing is where you want to spend most of your time • Experience finding candidates beyond LinkedIn • Experience using AI tools such as Juicebox, Claude, and purpose-built recruiting platforms, or eagerness to adopt them • Organized and detail oriented • 1 to 3 years of sourcing, recruiting coordination, or related recruiting experience (optional bonus points) • Familiarity with an ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or comparable) and modern sourcing tools (optional bonus points) • Active daily user of Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable in your workflow (optional bonus points) • Strong written communication, especially for candidate-facing outreach and email (optional bonus points) • High personal bar for quality in details and candidate selection (optional bonus points) • Must reside in the United States
