📋 Description

• Own a product area end to end, including understanding customer problems, writing precise specifications, and driving execution with engineering and design • Become an industry expert and provide mortgage and business context to solve important customer problems • Work closely with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and problems • Shape how AI is applied to a real, regulated industry • Help shape the product team, company culture, and Vesta as the company grows

🎯 Requirements

• Proactive and resourceful • Willingness to work hard to help grow the product • Ability to work through ambiguity and blockers • Interest in delivering real value from AI in an important industry • Ability to work on complex problems and learn from users, customer executives, and industry partners • Curiosity and humility • Firm grasp of technology and user experience • Ability to distill complex learnings into crisp, precise insights, especially in writing • Company-builder and team-player mindset • Bonus points for experience in financial services and/or enterprise products • High degree of curiosity, persistence, and willingness to learn the mortgage ecosystem • Must reside in the United States while operating at Vesta
