📋 Description

• Coordinate planning and execution across multiple engineering initiatives and stakeholders • Partner with engineering leadership to establish priorities, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria • Facilitate communication between business, operational, product, and engineering teams • Identify risks, roadblocks, and competing priorities while driving mitigation strategies • Monitor initiative progress and provide clear, concise status updates to leadership • Support strategic planning and execution through organization, analysis, and coordination • Maintain visibility into active initiatives and upcoming priorities • Drive accountability for action items, deliverables, and follow-up • Recommend and support process improvements that increase delivery effectiveness • Assist with organizational readiness activities supporting new technology initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • 5–7 years of experience leading or coordinating complex technical programs, projects, or strategic initiatives • Experience partnering with software engineering or technology teams • Strong organizational and project coordination skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
