📋 Description

• Design and improve internal systems, policies, and processes for a growing fully remote company • Own day-to-day operational decisions and execution • Represent the CEO and other leaders, lead meetings, advance projects, and make decisions within delegated authority • Lead internal initiatives from idea through completion • Align stakeholders, resolve dependencies, and translate decisions into action • Participate in leadership team meetings and handle complex, sensitive matters • Lead and develop a small internal operations team • Oversee administration, people operations support, company events, and employee experience programs • Prepare all-hands presentations, leadership updates, and company communications • Identify recurring friction, ownership gaps, and operational risks, and build lasting solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree • A record of owning complex operations or cross-functional initiatives and delivering excellent results with limited oversight • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and integrity • Highly proactive, self-directed approach • Ability to turn ambiguity into clear priorities, practical processes, and decisive action • Presence and confidence to represent senior leadership, lead consequential conversations, and make sound decisions within delegated authority • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Credibility and interpersonal skills to work across functions, resolve disagreements, and hold people accountable • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating compelling presentations and concise recommendations • Ability to lead a small team while remaining a resourceful, hands-on operator • Experience in a demanding, growing organization where you improved how the business operated and earned increasing responsibility • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Vetcove is unable to sponsor work visas • Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check
