📋 Description

• Partner with IT teams, senior leadership, and hospital and regional leaders to understand hospital needs and resolve escalations • Support departmental and business initiatives by aligning stakeholders, prioritizing work, and ensuring execution across the region • Represent IT with professionalism and a service-first mindset when supporting employees, customers, and hospital teams • Coordinate and implement operational measures supporting secure, reliable data, software, hardware, and infrastructure • Review project plans and finalize technology specifications with local teams • Support infrastructure projects, hospital upgrades, and new hospital openings • Recommend and implement streamlined hospital technology, best practices, and continuous IT improvements • Help hire Field Service resources as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of technical help desk or IT support experience • Ability to apply general technology processes, tools, and best practices in a hospital environment • Strong working knowledge of Apple products and macOS • Network experience, construction-related industry experience, or hospital buildout support is a plus • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Strong organization and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects and adapt to shifting priorities • Self-starter mindset; dependable, eager to learn new technology quickly, comfortable working independently, and collaborative in a team environment • Ability to mentor or coach future team members as needed • Ability to physically move, handle, and lift computer equipment up to 50 pounds
