📋 Description

• Provide overall project leadership and management of scope, schedule, budget, and quality. • Serve as the key liaison with government stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives. • Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple, concurrent projects within the program. • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, project plans, risk registers, and issue logs. • Track performance against milestones and deliverables, ensuring compliance with program and contractual requirements. • Facilitate recurring project status meetings, briefings, and updates for government leadership. • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies to minimize impacts. • Oversee preparation and delivery of project documentation including reports, dashboards, presentations, and technical artifacts. • Ensure effective resource allocation across teams, coordinating with program leadership on staffing needs and priorities. • Foster collaboration between business, technical, and government teams to drive timely execution of tasks. • Mentor junior project managers and provide oversight to ensure adherence to project management best practices. • Support quality assurance processes and continuous improvement efforts. • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the program level.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 10+ years of experience managing large-scale IT programs and projects, preferably in federal government or healthcare environments. • Demonstrated success in managing multiple, concurrent projects with competing priorities. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, and traditional waterfall). • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent). • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
