📋 Description

• Lead a portfolio of stores to deliver exceptional customer experience, drive operational excellence, and achieve business goals. • Develop high-performing store leadership teams and execute brand strategies. • Maximize district profitability by supporting stores in achieving sales, expense, and inventory goals. • Recruit, hire, and retain diverse, high-caliber talent; ensure stores are optimally staffed and succession plans are in place. • Conduct regular store visits, audits to ensure compliance with brand standards and policies. • Foster a culture of inclusion, creativity, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in the apparel, footwear, related retail industry, including multi-store management and training responsibilities. • Proven people leadership experience, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams across multiple locations. • Extensive multi-store management experience in apparel, footwear, related industries. • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage expenses effectively. • Strong ability to plan, execute, and analyze solutions to complex business challenges. • Exceptional skills in interpreting data and driving performance through insights. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
