📋 Description

• Perform and review lease accounting activities • Ensure lease accounting is compliant with US GAAP (ASC 842) • Analyze lease-related balances and ensure accurate reflection in financial statements • Drive month‑end close activities • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of lease related components of the financial statements • Assist with the final review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting deliverables • Prepare and provide audit support documentation • Act as a primary accounting contact for internal and external audits • Identify control gaps or process inefficiencies and drive remediation • Participate in system implementations, upgrades and process improvement initiatives • Support testing efforts for accounting-related projects • Validate outputs and ensure accounting accuracy following system or process changes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field • 4+ years of progressive accounting experience • Strong working knowledge of US GAAP • Experience materially contributing to month‑end close, internal control compliance, and audit support • Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally and communicate complex accounting topics to stakeholders • Experience in consumer, retail, apparel, footwear, or multi‑brand environments • Familiarity with data analytics tools or emerging technologies • SAP experience • BPC experience • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills • High attention to detail with focus on accuracy • Ability to review and challenge financial data • Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
