• Build and manage Viamo's U.S. Government opportunity pipeline. • Identify, assess, and qualify opportunities across the U.S. Department of State, CDC, U.S. Embassies, and other targeted agencies. • Develop relationships with prime contractors, implementers, consortium partners, and key stakeholders across the USG ecosystem. • Develop pursuit strategies and value propositions for priority opportunities. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Technical, Country Programs, Finance, Legal, and Executive Leadership. • Monitor USG funding trends, procurement forecasts, APSs, RFPs, and agency priorities.
• Significant business development, partnerships, capture, or account management experience within the U.S. international development or global health sector. • Strong understanding of U.S. Government funding mechanisms, particularly the Department of State, CDC, USAID, or related agencies. • Demonstrated success in securing funded partnerships through prime contractors or consortiums. • Established relationships with major implementers, prime contractors, and development organizations. • Experience developing capture strategies and positioning organizations within competitive bids.
