📋 Description

• Develop, enhance and increase district sales performance to meet or exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives • Ensure corporate sales and marketing direction is fully executed within a geographic area • Implement the district sales strategy to be executed through the team • Develop and maintain solid customer relationships with key executives • Monitor product usage to determine growth and/or decrease in purchasing patterns • Provide regular feedback to the district sales representatives

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales management experience required • Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills required • Ability to travel 60-70% • Must possess a valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
