📋 Description

• Design and implement FPGA solutions for new product development • Develop Verilog/SystemVerilog code for complex digital logic, including high-speed interfaces and control functions • Perform simulation, synthesis, and place & route for FPGAs • Design and implement test benches and verification methodologies for FPGA designs • Collaborate with software, firmware, and system engineers to integrate FPGA designs into larger system architectures • Conduct hardware debugging and validation • Generate design documentation, including specifications, block diagrams, and test plans • Participate in design reviews and ensure adherence to design standards • Stay abreast of FPGA technologies, tools, and industry trends to recommend improvements • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in FPGA design and development for commercial products • Expertise in VHDL and/or Verilog for complex digital design • Strong proficiency with FPGA development tools (e.g., AMD Vivado, Intel Quartus Prime) • Extensive experience with simulation and verification methodologies (e.g., UVM; SystemVerilog is a plus) • Solid understanding of high-speed digital design principles, signal integrity, and timing closure • Experience with communication protocols such as PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, SPI, and I2C • Proficiency in using lab equipment for hardware debug and validation • Familiarity with embedded processors within FPGAs, such as ARM, MicroBlaze, and Nios II, highly desirable • Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Tcl for automation • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
