• Lead a portfolio of stores to deliver exceptional customer experience • Drive operational excellence and achieve business goals • Develop high-performing store leadership teams • Execute brand strategies and ensure store alignment with brand values • Maximize district profitability through clear direction • Recruit, hire, and retain high-caliber talent • Ensure all Store Managers are trained and developed • Partner with HR and Talent Development teams • Conduct regular store visits and audits for compliance • Champion customer service and address customer feedback • Oversee annual Performance Appraisal process and succession planning • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines • Foster a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement • Maintain compliance with operational policies
• 7+ years of progressive experience in the apparel, footwear, related retail industry • Proven people leadership experience • Extensive multi-store management experience • Proven ability to exceed sales targets • Strong ability to plan, execute, and analyze solutions • Exceptional skills in interpreting data • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
