📋 Description

• Own the vision and roadmap for operations systems. • Translate stakeholder requests into a clear point of view and sequenced plan. • Shadow support agents and operations teams to understand workflows, tools, inefficiencies, and cost-to-serve. • Design integrations, data flows, and automations across Zendesk, Braze, the EHR, fulfillment partners, and internal systems. • Replace spreadsheet-based, scheduled-refresh, and manual processes with durable systems. • Shape internal tools that give operations teams visibility into member records and activity. • Partner with operations leaders and challenge or reframe requests around broader business problems. • Reverse-engineer existing systems using code, documentation, data, and conversations. • Partner with a dedicated engineer, Zendesk lead, and operations leaders. • Report directly to the VP of Product. • Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree at a minimum. • 7+ years in product management, with meaningful time on internal, operations, or business systems. • Hands-on experience designing integrations between third-party platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot or Twilio, and internal systems. • Fluency reading API documentation and reasoning about data flows: webhooks, JSON payloads, event triggers, sync vs. async, failure and retry. • Comfortable reading code in Python or JavaScript, using GitHub, and understanding the basics of AWS or Google Cloud and SQL. • Track record of turning messy, manual processes into scalable systems with measurable outcomes. • Judgment to align data flows, workflows, and automations. • Strong stakeholder skills with senior operations leaders. • Self-direction in ambiguous environments. • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; Vida cannot sponsor work visas. • Employees must reside in or be able to work from the U.S.; international work is prohibited. • Must be located in or able to work from a state where Vida is registered. • Preferred: experience with contact center or support operations. • Preferred: experience with Workato, Zapier, Tray.io, or AI support agents. • Preferred: healthcare or digital health experience, including EHRs, pharmacy, eligibility, or HIPAA-aware workflows.
