📋 Description

• Lead category portfolio strategy, product roadmap, revenue, margin, and cost management across Luxury Outdoor Kitchen • Translate consumer research, market trends, and competitor analysis into actionable product strategies and roadmap priorities • Lead new product introduction development and the tollgate process from project definition through launch and post-launch optimization • Lead portfolio and line reviews, phase-in/phase-out plans, inventory transitions, last-time buys, replacement mapping, customer communication, and end-of-life risk mitigation • Develop differentiated product value propositions and messaging • Facilitate launch milestones and hand-offs between Engineers, Suppliers, and Brand Marketing • Develop Marketing Introduction Guides to support marketing development, sales enablement, and training • Partner with Sales and Marketing to align product assortment, positioning, and launch priorities • Establish and track KPIs including revenue, gross margin, market share, and customer satisfaction, recommending improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Innovation Management, or related roles • Experience leading new product development from concept through commercialization • Strong financial acumen • Experience in outdoor appliances or durables preferred
