📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate early-stage investment opportunities across the NWA ecosystem • Work closely with regional ESO partners for deal flow • Build and interpret financial models and lead due diligence • Evaluate financing instruments and draft investment memos • Manage the end-to-end deal process from sourcing through close • Maintain active relationships with portfolio companies • Serve as a visible presence in the NWA ecosystem • Cultivate relationships with local and regional investors • Produce regular pipeline and portfolio updates

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience at a CDFI, bank, investment organization, or accelerator within Arkansas • Experience analyzing financial statements and building financial projections • Familiarity with alternative financing structures, specifically redeemable equity and revenue-share debt • Established presence in the NWA entrepreneurial ecosystem • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-technical audiences • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for financial modeling
