📋 Description

• Conduct patient consultations via telehealth, providing tailored, compassionate care • Prescribe FDA-approved hormone and non-hormonal treatments when clinically appropriate • Develop comprehensive treatment plans integrating lifestyle and behavioral recommendations through the Stella app • Manage ongoing patient care, including prescription adjustments and symptom monitoring • Collaborate with physicians and pharmacists to manage complex cases and ensure comprehensive care • Participate in chart audits to maintain compliance and uphold clinical excellence • Engage in weekly clinical education to advance your expertise in women's midlife health • Build relationships with potential referral partners and participate in brand awareness initiatives • Help shape the evolution of menopause care at a growing digital health company

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state - *multiple state licenses highly preferred* • Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner • Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar) • Minimum 2-3 years of recent experience (within the last 5 years) practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in: • Primary Care • Women's Health • Gynecology • Midlife women's health • Minimum 1-2 years of experience delivering care in a telehealth setting • Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions • High proficiency with technology (telehealth platforms, EMRs, communication tools) • Strong communication skills and genuine passion for supporting women through midlife transitions
