📋 Description

• Reconcile and validate client billing data across multiple internal systems, investigating and resolving discrepancies. • Build repeatable data-quality checks, reconciliations, and documentation for billing processes and controls. • Partner with the Client Group to support timely, accurate client billing and answer data questions. • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analyses showing billing trends, risks, and anomalies. • Improve client billing through process improvements, better data flows, and automation. • Collaborate with Product Analytics, the Client Group, Finance, and Engineering to understand data sources and improve billing systems. • Operate within an agile framework and reprioritize as needs shift.

🎯 Requirements

• 52+ years of experience in an analytics, data, or finance-operations role. • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, large-dataset manipulation, and reconciliation. • Strong SQL skills and comfort working with relational databases. • Experience reconciling data across systems and investigating and resolving discrepancies. • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for data accuracy. • Ability to navigate imperfect data and adapt to a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. • Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to follow security and privacy procedures for sensitive HIPAA-governed patient information. • Legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship requirement addressed in the application.
