📋 Description

• Serve as a go-to resource for Customer Solutions and Engineering (CSE) operational needs, ensuring core processes are supported end-to-end by Virtru’s technology stack • Identify workflow friction points and drive improvements through process change, system configuration, and enablement • Build and maintain reporting on project status, resourcing, utilization, pipeline, and other key metrics • Partner with the Operations & Analytics team on systems and data initiatives, translating CSE needs into clear requirements • Support Salesforce, Jira, project tracking tools, Confluence, Google Sheets, and related systems • Document recurring operational processes and own governance and continuous improvement • Build dashboards and reports and respond to ad hoc reporting requests • Make light configuration changes in Salesforce and adjacent systems • Collaborate on complex automation and data model changes • Perform data cleanup and maintenance to ensure accurate, trustworthy records • Gather requirements, test changes, and support project rollouts and enablement • Take on ad hoc projects that improve efficiency or create value across CSE operations

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, project coordination, or a similar role, ideally supporting a delivery-, services-, or customer-facing team • Firm understanding of Virtru’s business, priorities, customer value, and CSE delivery objectives • Working knowledge of business metrics • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Intermediate-to-advanced spreadsheet skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic data modeling • Familiarity with Salesforce as an end user, including building reports and basic list views; willingness to grow into light admin-style configuration work • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear requirements • Ability to communicate insights to individual contributors and executive leadership • Ability to present information clearly to non-experts • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, involve stakeholders, and escalate appropriately • Bias toward action and continuous improvement • Ability to collaborate and adapt to shifting priorities • Comfort with asynchronous communication tools including Slack, email, and Zoom
