📋 Description

• Review and interpret complex commercial loan documentation to validate system bookings within ACBS • Ensure loan data aligns with executed credit agreements, identify discrepancies, and drive resolution with closing and booking partners • Serve as a control function to minimize risk and ensure data integrity and audit readiness across bilateral, member, and syndicated deals • Partner cross-functionally with closing, servicing, and offshore teams to ensure consistent execution and adherence to established processes • Apply judgment to balance risk, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency when reviewing and making decisions • Identify, escalate, and help resolve data or process issues, using insights to prevent recurring errors and improve upstream quality • Contribute to the design, enhancement, and execution of controls that strengthen data integrity and reduce operational risk • Adapt to changes in priorities, processes, and systems while supporting Core Ops transformation initiatives • Maintain accuracy and accountability while delivering a strong customer and partner experience • Analyze review data and trends to provide recommendations that improve process quality and reduce defects • Communicate findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders, influence resolution, and promote best practices

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification • At least 1 year of experience in Commercial Loan Closing or Commercial Loan Servicing • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) • Must live within 50 miles driving distance of the Richmond, VA hub • Secure home office free from background noise and distractions • Reliable private internet connection not supplied through cellular data or hotspot • Internet download speed of at least 5 Mbps; 10+ Mbps preferred • Sustained latency below 250 ms in voice calls • Private, password-protected wireless connectivity using WPA2-PSK (AES) encryption if wireless is used • Bachelor’s degree or military experience preferred • ACBS systems experience preferred, ideally 2+ years • Salesforce systems experience preferred, ideally 2+ years • 2+ years of Microsoft Office or Google Suite experience preferred • 2+ years of Agent Syndication Loan Closing or Agent Syndication Loan Servicing experience preferred • 2+ years of Commercial Banking Operations experience preferred • Knowledge of agented/syndication deals, member deals, credit products, and complex documents preferred • Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
