📋 Description

• Support LinkedIn content planning and publishing • Review and refine copy • Turn ideas into publishable content • Identify content opportunities from work, products, training, and expertise • Maintain consistency in content publishing • Support community posts, updates, and communications • Ensure approved content and tasks are completed • Manage content and task workflows in Notion • Use Notion AI and other AI tools to support content production • Move approved scripts and content through established workflows • Review AI-generated outputs for quality and accuracy • Learn and follow new AI-enabled processes • Review scripts and AI-generated voice content • Work with AI voice, avatar, and video tools • Perform simple checks and adjustments • Move approved content through connected AI workflows • Support basic content production • Assist with simple presentations, slides, and visual assets • Review AI-generated presentation materials • Support course and training content • Potentially organise tasks and priorities, follow up on outstanding actions, monitor workflows, coordinate operational activities, and provide broader day-to-day business support

🎯 Requirements

• Highly proactive and independent • Fast learner • High-energy and comfortable working at a good pace • Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving AI environment • Confident with Notion • Strong written English and copy review skills • Organised and detail-oriented • Comfortable learning and experimenting with AI tools • Resourceful and able to solve problems independently • Reliable with strong follow-through • Comfortable taking initiative rather than waiting for instructions • Able to work without constant management and take ownership of tasks • Some overlap with UK working hours would be beneficial, particularly during onboarding • Experience in social media management, LinkedIn content, content operations, Notion, AI tools and AI-assisted workflows, online community support, AI voice/video/avatar tools, presentations, or simple visual content would be beneficial • Advanced AI expertise, graphic design, Canva, Photoshop, and professional video editing are not required
