📋 Description

• Support day-to-day Finance operations • Perform preparatory bookkeeping, including document capture, account coding, and invoice verification for accounts payable and receivable • Complete account reconciliations and travel expense reporting • Support monthly and annual closing processes • Document processes and support ERP implementation, data migration, and master data maintenance • Support budget planning and forecasting, target/actual comparisons, KPI reporting, liquidity and cost management, and ad-hoc analyses • Test and evaluate AI tools for Finance use cases • Develop Finance processes and tools using AI, such as reporting dashboards and budget planning tools • Integrate AI models with Finance data, including data preparation and visualisation

🎯 Requirements

• Internship duration: 6–8 weeks • Working Student commitment: at least 6 months • Background suitable for supporting day-to-day Finance operations and developing AI-powered Finance tools
