📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound donation-related calls • Engage donors professionally and respectfully • Accurately enter pledge and donation information • Follow compliance and script guidelines • Meet attendance and performance benchmarks • Support fundraising efforts for nationally recognized nonprofit organizations

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • 6+ months remote customer service OR 1 year on-site experience • Strong verbal communication skills • Comfortable navigating systems while speaking • Dedicated, quiet home workspace • Windows 11 PC with 8GB RAM minimum; 16GB recommended • USB headset with noise cancellation • Wired high-speed internet; Wi-Fi-only is not permitted • Dual monitors recommended • No MacBooks or Chromebooks • Certification attendance and completion is mandatory • Startup and technical requirements apply
