📋 Description

• Convince business customers and establish a relationship • Take inbound calls from prospective customers • Gather correct customer information for live transfers to Licensed Insurance Agents

🎯 Requirements

• Friendly and engaging telephone manner • Ability to work from a suitable home-based environment • Well-organized and structured approach to work • Self-discipline and motivation to work from home • Computer/Laptop with 8GB RAM i5 or better processor • CPU benchmark of 3000 or more • Reliable Internet Connection of at least 3mbps upload and 25mbps download speed with hardwired capability • Headset with noise-canceling microphone • Previous telephone sales or customer service experience preferred • Enthusiastic and determined mindset • Professional, confident, engaging, and friendly phone manner • Some basic computer skills and administrative abilities
