📋 Description

• Communicate effectively with Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs), build trust, and act as a technical advisor to guide customers toward mission-critical objectives • Partner with Account Executives to deliver product demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and craft technical responses to customer inquiries • Define long-term technical strategies for customer engagements, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goals • Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and internal teams, translating business needs into technical requirements • Develop and review technical architectures aligned with customer requirements and industry best practices • Identify technical risks in customer engagements and propose mitigation strategies for successful project delivery • Work closely with marketing and product teams to create technical collateral and align customer feedback with product roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• DoD SECRET Clearance • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supporting the Department of Defense • Proven technical proficiency in data science, data engineering, AI/ML solutions, cloud platforms, and/or systems integration • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical solutions • Demonstrated thought leadership, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to work independently • Prior Land, Sea, Air Maintenance experience (preferred) • Hands-on experience in Readiness domains like Predictive Maintenance, Munitions Storage Planning, and/or Supply Chain Management (preferred) • Familiarity with risk management frameworks, cloud service providers, and large-scale AI architectures (preferred) • Knowledge of the unique requirements of DoD and IC environments (preferred) • DoD TOP SECRET Clearance (preferred) • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges • Strong collaboration skills to work across teams and organizational levels • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment while meeting deadlines
