• Coach and mentor VAs to succeed in the global VA market • Design and deliver practical training that improves performance, professionalism, and client readiness • Identify skill gaps and create action plans for growth • Prepare VAs for client expectations across industries • Monitor progress, accountability, and long-term development • Foster confidence, culture fit, and a high-performance mindset • Be the bridge between talent development and client success
🎯 Requirements
• Exceptional communication and coaching skills • Proactive, energetic, and culturally aware personality • Strong mentoring and leadership presence • Ability to inspire, guide, and hold VAs accountable • Highly organized with a passion for people development • Understanding of the virtual staffing industry (Huge Plus) • Familiarity with Business, Finance, IT/Non-IT, Medical/Healthcare, Real Estate, E-commerce, Sales, and Marketing roles (Huge Plus) • Experience working with or managing remote/virtual teams (Huge Plus)
