📋 Description

• Lead the strategic design, development, implementation, and ongoing management of Visante’s 340B consulting services within pharmacy settings • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational 340B regulations • Guide pharmacy teams on purchasing, inventory management, claims adjudication, and 340B operations • Oversee and conduct regular 340B compliance audits • Ensure accurate and timely utilization, inventory tracking, and other regulatory reports • Develop and deliver training and educational materials for pharmacy staff • Oversee 340B software systems, including CDM/crosswalk integration and maintenance for new products/NDCs and product changes • Identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities in pharmacy utilization, inventory management, and purchasing • Develop strategies to enhance program performance and adapt pharmacy practices to regulatory changes • Advise clients on program optimization, troubleshooting, regulatory alignment, and 340B process integration • Maintain accurate documentation of program activities, audits, and compliance efforts • Build and maintain client, pharmacy team, and internal stakeholder relationships to support long-term program success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business or Healthcare required • Minimum 5 years of work-related experience in a pharmacy setting • Minimum 4 years of managing 340B Programs • Over 5 years of hands-on experience in hospital or retail pharmacy settings • Deep knowledge of 340B regulations, software integration, purchasing, billing, and contract pharmacy administration • Skilled in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with pharmacy dispensing and 340B split-billing software • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with ability to lead, influence, and build long-term relationships • Accuracy, timeliness, discretion, and professionalism in independently identifying and resolving operational issues • Flexible, cooperative attitude and commitment to client satisfaction and team success
