📋 Description
• Oversee end-to-end hardware asset management, including procurement, lifecycle planning, and security compliance for all devices. • Manage laptop lifecycle processes, including collection, secure wiping, redeployment, and distribution to employees. • Coordinate device provisioning and configuration to ensure timely onboarding and adherence to organizational standards. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and coordinate with vendors on fixes, updates, and patches.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience supporting IT systems for small to medium-sized businesses. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, effective solutions. • High emotional intelligence and adaptability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives. • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC, or similar regulatory standards.
