📋 Description

• Oversee accounts transitioned from Account Implementation, Account Executive, and Account Management teams • Collaborate with client partners to identify strategic growth opportunities • Update and enhance product templates • Recommend relevant solutions and customized products • Deliver exceptional service and maintain high client satisfaction • Drive account revenue growth • Support Retail and Commercial Mid-Market Partnerships and programs such as the Custom Quote Desk • Monitor operational trends with internal and external stakeholders • Address issues and implement effective resolution strategies • Conduct targeted outbound calls to new and existing clients • Use seasonal opportunities, organizational requirements, and expanded product portfolios to drive revenue expansion • Evaluate partner specifications and provide consultative, advisory solutions • Collaborate with Sales, Build, Custom Quote, and other internal departments • Maintain detailed documentation of account modifications, call logs, strategic next steps, and completed tasks
