📋 Description

• Create and own a 2–3 year roadmap tied to the product vision and strategy • Operate at the intersection of Engineering, Program Management, Design, and Physical Operations • Build consensus among product managers on cross-functional capabilities • Collaborate with diverse and global product and engineering teams through the product life cycle, from concept through delivery • Define, measure, and publish product metrics to understand product performance • Prioritize requests and ideas by understanding business value and impact • Develop software-enabled solutions for standardized manufacturing shopfloor operations

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, in a business or technical field • Exceptional collaboration, partnership, presentation, and influencing skills • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with solid examples of using data to solve problems and influence future investments • Solid understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Able to translate complex technical constraints into clear business value for executive stakeholders and plant partners • Candidates with existing US work authorization or H-1B status not subject to the stated filing fee may be considered
