📋 Description

• Provide customers a seamless support experience • Submit applications to the carrier and own them until approval • Help customers navigate the healthcare system • Identify and resolve customer issues when transactions or experiences do not go as planned • Document phone calls and emails with members in Zendesk • Answer qualifying and benefit-specific questions • Provide scheduled phone and email coverage for members

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a licensed insurance agent • Experience working with Healthcare.gov and/or state-based exchanges such as Covered California • Clear and effective verbal and written communication • Patience, empathy, and composure under stress • Ability to apply insurance expertise to guide individuals through health coverage enrollment • Confidence navigating support or sales-based digital platforms • Experience using Intercom (highly preferred) • 5+ state licenses (highly preferred) • Fluently bilingual (highly preferred)
