📋 Description

• Assist patients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support • Provide personal care and companionship in private residences or hotel recovery suites • Support with light meal preparation, feeding assistance, and hydration reminders • Perform non-medical medication reminders only (no administration) • Assist with household tasks related to patient care (tidying patient’s area, laundry, etc.) • Provide safety supervision, fall prevention, and mobility assistance • Report patient observations and changes in condition to the supervising RN, LVN, or CNA • Document daily care provided according to Vitale Nursing, Inc. policy

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration with the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) • Current CPR/BLS Certification • Reliable transportation • Professional, punctual, and trustworthy demeanor • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Three professional references • Successful completion of a background check and fingerprint clearance
