📋 Description

• Assist patients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility support • Provide personal care and companionship to patients in private residences or hotel recovery suites • Support patients in post-operative recovery and long-term care assignments as directed by the supervising nurse • Perform non-medical medication reminders only (administration is outside HHA scope of practice) • Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure) when assigned by a licensed nurse • Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising RN or LVN • Assist with basic comfort measures, positioning, and safe patient transfers • Document care provided in accordance with Vitale Nursing, Inc. policies

🎯 Requirements

• Valid CNA Certification in California • Valid Home Health Aide certification (HHA) issued by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) • Current BLS/CPR Certification • Reliable transportation • Professional, punctual, and trustworthy demeanor • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Three professional references • Proof of Malpractice Insurance • Successful completion of a background check
