📋 Description

• Deliver individualized, patient-focused care in private residences or hotel recovery settings • Provide post-operative support, including monitoring and wound care • Manage long-term private duty assignments in high-profile households • Support hospice and palliative care patients • Assist patients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support • Provide medication management including reminders, administration, and monitoring for safety and effectiveness • Conduct skilled nursing home visits and clinical assessments

🎯 Requirements

• Valid California RN License • Current BLS Certification (ACLS preferred) • Reliable transportation • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making in urgent situations • Punctuality, professionalism, and trustworthiness • Excellent communication and bedside manner • Three professional references • Proof of Malpractice Insurance • Successful completion of a background check • Lift up to 50 lbs
