📋 Description

• Assess internal and external risks and opportunities • Analyze data to develop clear recommendations • Collaborate on Strategic Plan • Scope and plan projects • Lead and support projects driving performance • Conduct end-to-end problem solving • Leverage agentic AI for robust answers • Create communications for audiences • Be a thought partner to senior leaders • Collaborate to assess opportunities and drive decisions

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree required. MBA or relevant Masters preferred. • 5+ years total experience in Strategy / related work. • Ability to travel 10-20% for company meetings and offsites. • Ability to operate with an 'AND' approach including: • Speak your mind and listen actively • Excel in ambiguous situations • Structure and solve problems • Great conceptual and analytical skills • Balance strategic and tactical needs • Bias for action and proactive mindset • Highly analytic with data analysis skills • Agentic AI experience/acumen
