📋 Description

• Perform various administrative tasks to support the legal team, including contacting insurance companies, medical providers, and clients to collect essential information. • Provide accurate case updates and prepare reports to keep legal teams informed. • Schedule and coordinate medical and legal appointments for clients, ensuring timely follow-ups. • Maintain organized records of case progress and communications. • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to improve the legal team’s efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience in legal environments, back-office operations, or remote customer service. • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) with near-native fluency. • Remote position — requires reliable high-speed internet connection and a dependable computer. • Availability to work California hours and observe California holidays (U.S. holidays are observed as paid time off, while Colombian holidays will be regular working days).
