📋 Description

• Managing a docket of cases to resolution • Depositions: Preparing client for deposition • Attending depositions • Invoicing Depositions • Responding to client inquiries that require attorney negotiations and moving matters towards resolution • Responsive to incoming emails and phone calls • Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed • Team Player: Bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example • Participation in team events during work and after work hours • Providing feedback to management to ensure ALG performs the best it can for our clients

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates MUST be CA State Barred and preferably reside in the state of California • Comfortable with fast-paced work environments • Doctors' deposition experience (preferred) • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
