📋 Description

• Apply cognitive science principles to enable AI solutions in enterprise business applications. • Design and implement methods for learning representations from textual data to improve information retrieval and decision-making. • Lead R&D initiatives in training design, competency modeling, and cognitive performance metrics. • Identify cognitive training requirements and develop cognitive skills training programs. • Develop and validate metrics for assessing cognitive performance and competency models. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cognitive science into AI-driven systems. • Contribute to all phases of software development, with emphasis on planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in cognitive science, AI, or related fields. • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline. • Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), knowledge discovery, data mining, and unstructured data analytics. • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, or Python. • Experience with one or more of the following: NLP, text understanding, classification, pattern recognition, recommendation systems, targeting systems, or ranking systems. • Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
