📋 Description

• Maintain project schedules, milestones and delivery plans using project management tools • Coordinate activities across internal teams, customers and third-party partners • Track project actions, risks, dependencies and key decisions • Prepare project status reports, meeting packs and customer updates • Support project planning, implementation and deployment activities • Ensure documentation, project records and governance remain accurate and up to date • Organise project meetings, workshops and steering sessions, capture actions and follow up on outcomes • Monitor progress against project timelines and highlight potential issues early • Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes and ways of working • Coordinate complex technology projects and customer implementations for transit agencies across the US and Canada

🎯 Requirements

• Around 1–3 years' experience in a project coordination, PMO or delivery support role • Experience supporting projects within a technology, software, engineering or professional services environment • Good knowledge of project scheduling and planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Primavera, Monday.com or similar • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Confidence working with customers and cross-functional teams • Experience using collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams or Google Workspace • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion
