📋 Description

• Provide leadership to manage and execute strategies for a customized contract and program portfolio serving Excelerate Health Sourcing, LLC members • Contribute to Orthopedic/Neuro strategic sourcing processes, including opportunity identification, strategy, contract development, supplier partnerships, negotiations, documentation, and clinical packaging for implementation • Establish and maintain relationships with Cleveland Clinic staff, Excelerate members, and Vizient stakeholders • Establish and elevate strategic relationships with key suppliers in Orthopedic/Surgical service lines • Identify, prioritize, and execute current and future variation and utilization opportunities in collaboration with Cleveland Clinic • Develop and implement business processes to meet financial goals • Track and report objectives and goals accurately • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leaders to execute performance goals and business objectives and improve best practices • Provide leadership and consultation on innovative and complex cost savings and clinical variation strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred • 7 or more years’ experience required • Strong negotiation skills and proven success in complex negotiations required • Experience in health care supply cost management and contracting preferred • Ability to coach and support others through leadership and collaborative partnership skills • Proven ability in operational planning • Experience developing customized solutions for large complex organizations with suppliers using consultative skills • Ability to excel, lead, and influence in a matrix environment • Strong relationship-building and strategic partnering skills • Willingness to travel
