• Lead healthcare supply chain improvement and transformation engagements for client organizations • Develop implementation plans, operational workflows, and governance structures • Manage complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple client workstreams • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive client stakeholders • Analyze operational data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and monitor outcomes • Facilitate process standardization, inventory optimization, spend management, and operational improvement initiatives • Guide organizational change through communication, stakeholder engagement, and implementation support • Use ERP systems, analytics platforms, dashboards, and operational data to inform recommendations and measure success • Apply AI tools to improve productivity, work quality, and operational transformation activities • Mentor team members and contribute to best practices, methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Relevant degree preferred • 5 or more years of relevant experience required • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience in healthcare supply chain, healthcare operations, spend management, and/or transformation-related roles • Direct experience within provider organizations • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives, implementations, or operational transformation programs • Knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations, procedural workflows, inventory management, operational governance, and performance improvement practices • Strong project advancement, facilitation, communication, organizational change, and relationship management skills • Experience developing implementation plans, operational workflows, governance routines, KPI tracking, or process standardization approaches • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables
