🎯 Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED • At least six months of remote customer-service experience or one year of onsite customer-service experience • Strong verbal communication skills • Professional phone etiquette • Accurate typing and data-entry abilities • Ability to listen, speak, and navigate systems simultaneously • Dependability and strong personal accountability • Ability to work independently • Quiet, dedicated workspace • Windows 11 desktop or laptop • Minimum 8GB RAM; 16GB recommended • Noise-canceling USB headset • Reliable wired high-speed internet • Direct Ethernet connection • Certification is required before servicing • State, experience, equipment, screening, and program restrictions may apply
