📋 Description

• Initiate communication with individuals and organizations to arrange meetings and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers • Secure commitments from potential referral sources • Foster strong connections with customers and referral partners through regular interactions • Identify potential new customers and referral sources • Create and maintain sales route records • Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with prospects • Complete weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner • Attend weekly sales meetings • Maintain customer contact database • Make group presentations to prospective organizations • Participate in trade, community, and networking organizations

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in business, marketing, or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred • Four (4) to six (6) years of experience with relationship selling to high-level executives • Understands and effectively applies the concepts of differentiation and adding value • Knows customer markets, the issues, and the challenges they face • Strong math skills • Demonstrates proficiency in the use of computers and software including MS Office, Word, and Excel
