📋 Description

• Lead and manage large portfolios of EV charging projects from initial site due diligence through commissioning • Manage design and engineering, utility coordination, permitting, site construction, and utility construction phases • Support site plan creation and discussions with site hosts • Drive project performance with focus on schedule adherence, budget controls, quality assurance, and risk identification • Maintain accurate project schedules and forecasts • Manage project document controls and drawing reviews • Review project costs and change orders • Conduct site visits during the site development process • Manage vendor, subcontractor, internal team, site host, public utility, and permitting jurisdiction performance • Lead government and incentive projects • Support process improvement and campaign activities to resolve issues, optimize performance, and improve customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 minimum years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • 2+ years of experience managing EV infrastructure projects • Experience leading preconstruction and construction management processes • Strong experience leading project scheduling, cost review, and resource management processes • Experience managing utility and permitting processes • Ability to organize and track large portfolios of projects • Ability to manage large groups of vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders • Ability to manage project budgets and conduct data analysis • Strong analytical and communication skillsets • Expert ability to ensure accuracy in project documentation and scheduling • Ability to maintain urgency while working autonomously • Mindset driven by innovation and curiosity • Certification of competency in Primavera, Microsoft Project, or similar software desired • Project Management Professional certification (CAPM or PMP) desired • Experience with project management and scheduling software desired • Vendor and general contractor management experience desired • Experience with government contracting requirements desired • Up to 50% travel required • Must complete pre-employment substance abuse testing • Must meet applicable work authorization requirements through E-Verify
